When I got up this morning there was frost on my windshield for the first time. Many more in the months and weeks ahead.

I've started something new on the show. Every morning at around 6:10 I'll mention when sunrise will be. It's getting later and later. Are you waking up in the dark yet?

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I missed the Jets and Mets but made up for it by cooking a big meal for the whole family on Sunday. Sausage, Peppers, garlic bread and salad!

My grandaughter and the yard kept me busy Saturday.

Hi everybody. Welcome back to the first full week of sxhool in New Jersey.  My kids in Pensylvania have been back a couple of weeks now.

This week I'll be talking to Chris Flemming and giving away tickets to his Spirit Talk experience at the new perforning Arts Center at SCCC.

I also have tickets to Winefest 08 at Lake Mohawk Country Club.

We'll talk to the Zoo Keepers Daughter Lori Space Day on Thursday and review school bus safety on Friday.

All week I'll have tickets to the Pocono Garlic Festival and The Irish Feis Festival at the Sussex County Fairgrounds.
